Eligibility for Senior Light Designer.

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
2. Five years of minimum working experience in the AV Industry.
3. Proper operating Knowledge of lighting desks (Grand MA 3/MA 2/ Avolite Arena,Avolite Expert).
4. Experience in working on Intelligent Fixtures of reputed brands (Robe/Claypaky/Martin/Elation).
5. Expertise in Designing of Lighting & Trussing for Concerts/Live Events/Corporates/Weddings.
6. In depth Knowledge of at least one Light Designing Software (Capture/Wysiwyg/Realizzer/D3 Pro).
7. In Depth Knowledge of DMX Protocol.
8. High Configuration personal Laptop is mandatory.
9. Strong Communication skills (English & Hindi).

Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Light Designer.

1. Attending client meetings with the Sales team to understand all technical requirements of the event.
2. Coordination with Artist Engineer/Manager regarding their technical requirements.
3. Designing the Truss & Lighting Plot as per stage size & artist requirements.
4. Planning & discussion of all Setups/equipment required for the event with the internal technical team.
5. Final check on all packing lists made by the Internal team.
6. Complete management & supervision of technical execution of the entire event with multiple shows.
7. Final check on Truss Rigging, light fixture placement & all other important connections.
8. Final check on Power load distribution. 
9. Final check on light programming done by the internal team.
10. Final Check on Console setup/patching as per design/layout.. 
11. For all Important shows - Complete show run & operating of desk at the time of show.
12. Planning & helping in maintenance of equipment in the warehouse with internal team.

Eligibility for Light Engineer.

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
2. Three years of minimum working experience in the AV Industry.
3. Proper operating Knowledge of minimum two Desks (Avolite Arena, Avolite Expert, Avolite Pearl).
4. Experience in working on Intelligent Fixtures of reputed brands (Claypaky/Martin/Elation/PR/LBT).
5. Expertise in Programing/Operating of Lighting for Concerts/Live Events/Corporates/Weddings
6. In Depth Knowledge of DMX Protocol & Power distribution.
7. High Configuration personal Laptop is mandatory.
8. Strong Communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities of Light Engineer/Operator.

1. Planning of equipment as per show requirement & preparing packing list. 
2. Supervise & coordinate trucks load In/out of equipment’s with internal team from warehouse to venue & back.
3. Complete responsibility of setup and dismantling of the equipment for the show.
4. Supervise Truss rigging & light fixture placement as per design & layout.
5. Console setup & DMX patching of all lighting fixtures as per design.
6. Programming of complete lighting as per design before the show.
7. Complete show run & operating of desk at the time of show.
8. Planning & helping in maintenance of equipment in the warehouse with internal team.

Eligibility for Light Technician.

1. 12th Passed/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2. Two years of minimum working experience in the AV Industry.
3. Experience of working on Intelligent Fixtures (Moving Heads/LED Pars/Stage lighting)
4. Knowledge of Basic Light connections & DMX Signals
5. Knowledge of all Lighting cables & connectors
6. Knowledge of all power connections & distribution including Mains
7. Basic operating knowledge of Lighting Boards (Avolite Pearl/Pilot 2000)

Roles and Responsibilities of a Light Technician.

1. Trucks load In/out of equipment with the labor team from warehouse to event venue & back.
2. Setting up and dismantling Truss & lighting fixtures at the event venue with the internal team.
3. Truss Rigging & Lighting placement as per the layout & design . 
4. Making proper connections (DMX, Power, cat6, Mains)
5. Proper 3 phase distribution of complete lighting load.
6. Testing of all lighting fixtures before moving the truss up.
7. Handling & operating of basic lighting setups (DJ/Conference/small bands)
8. Maintenance & cleaning of equipment in the warehouse with internal team.

Eligibility for Truss/Light Rigger.

1. 12th Passed
2. One year of minimum working experience in the AV Industry.
3. Knowledge & experience of Truss Rigging & Installation
4. Knowledge & experience of Lighting Fixture Rigging & Installation
5. Knowledge of all Lighting cables & connectors
6. Knowledge of all power connections & distribution including Mains
